wiki says: 0.2% of monsters will drop special items, When I look at It's lowest drop is 0.1% . So the chance of getting a lucky ring from a serpent on any givin day is probably less than that.. On a very lucky day if you are panning with a magic rock candy looks like 9.8% . Very lucky find, If I were you I'd play the lottery:) I didn't even know you could get it from serpents but it turns out you can get it from all the monsters and possibly the boxes... I've only ever got 1 from panning
