Looking for blank/template cards for custom content

Hi everyone, I'm new here (but not new to Stardew Valley) and I wanted to know if anyone had made blank versions of cards. My point is I would like to create custom content for my game. I've came up with a couple of variant ideas that I would like to incorporate

So if by chance someone has the template for the cards I would be very grateful

PS : I'm French so forgive me if there's any mistake

I only have a template for villager cards.
