Xbox local split screen: Frequent crashes at night, before saving

I've been playing a new farm with my wife and kids, on our Xbox X. Unfortunately, about once in five days, the game crashes to the Xbox home screen when we all go to bed.

We have also experienced the issue where the mine glitches out for me (host): animations freeze, but it seems to fix it if I can go down a floor. We can work around this, for now, but losing progress when it crashes is extremely disappointing for everyone.

Me and my boyfriend also play local co-op on Xbox Series X and experience crashing during the days and sometimes in the Volcano mines. Whenever we are in the mines, the game frequently freezes for him (host) and we can move and mine but not collect anything. It fixes when we go down a ladder. So, sometimes when we reach a treasure floor in the Skull Caverns, it is frozen so I can open the chest and he cannot.

My husband and I also play local co-op (on the Switch) and experience the crashes at any time of day in the game (going to bed, waking up, in the middle of a day, etc). We also frequently get glitches if one of us is in the mines.
