I'm running very few mods, so I'm not sure that this is actually an issue with any of the mods.
No real issues through msot of the game so far except for this one with Leo.
Things seemed to be working as I expected them to according to the wiki. I hit his heart events in order and got to his six-heart event which seemed to be fine. I returned to the valley, his house got built, it's there in the mountains like I'd expect it to be. But I have still never seen Leo actually come into the valley off the island, and I'm now at 10-hearts.
I see on the wiki with his schedule, there are some days he returns, but he's never where the wiki says he should be any day of the week other than his island days. He has some dialogue as if he's been living in the valley here and there (e.g. the "Mayor Lewis says I'm becoming well rounded...") but mostly not.
Really want to get to see him interacting with Penny and the kids. This is my first save file since long before 1.5 came out.
