In a variety of games/applications I've played and used the key [TAB] has been used to cycle through interactive clickable *things*
For instance within a web browser, pressing [TAB] outside of an input field cycles you through the different click-able links within the page, this is also usually the case in PC games;

My suggestion is for creating a New Keybind to Cycle through Prompts, this for me would greatly assist folks with a more keyboard heavy preference by removing the need to manually move the mouse above a prompt and clicking.
The left click already has a substitute in the [C] Key so it should work out.

The more obvious uses of something like this would be for instance:
1. Heading to bed
> Once in bed you're presented with a chatbox prompt to "Go to sleep for the night?"
Tapping the [Cycle] Keybind should highlight between "Yes" & "No" and a player can already press the [C] Key to confirm it's selection, or exit the prompt with [E]
2. Eating a food
> Once activating [Do Action/Y] on a food item you are presented with "Eat <Food>?"
Tapping the [Cycle] Keybind should highlight between "Yes" & "No"
3. Dialogue Prompts during Heart Events where multiple reactions/prompts are present.
