Issue Keep Loading into House without Avatar

Hi my friend is trying to play but keeps getting the attached error when she tries to join. We used to be able to play together just a day or so ago but now when she loads into the game she loads into the host's house without an avatar. So she can't move or do anything as her model doesn't exist. She tried reinstalling Smapi and deleting all her mods but the issue still persists. Thanks for the help.

You should both be using the same mods. You said she deleted hers trying to fix it, so I don't know if you started off with the same ones, but now there are almost 40 mods the host has that the farmhand doesn't, so that could be a problem even if it's an entirely different one. Could you both...
  1. reset your content files
  2. sync your mod lists together (so you have the exact same mods)
  3. try to play again, and if you still have issues:

  4. provide a log via the log parser (both host and farmhand)
