My understanding is that its sometime before the end of the month, but that the timeframe is not guaranteed so it might be a bit longer.

Unfortunately that's just for console, mobile tends to be a bit later. If it takes a similar amount of time as 1.4, you'd be looking at sometime in late March or early April.
