Android Junimo collected garlic didn't count for quest

Questboard quest to grow, collect, and ship 100 garlic in 1 season. I planted 150 garlic. Junimos harvested it. I collected from their huts. I collected 150 and shipped 100. Only the 57 garlic from the first hut of 4 counted for the collect part of the quest, all 100 counted on the shipping part. Not sure if it's an issue with the huts or with how it adds duplicate items to inventory when I already had stacks of regular, gold, and silver quality garlic from the first hut, where I can click on anything in my inventory when moving it and it adds to the correct stack.
