Idea for Concerned Ape:
I've had the idea to want to be able to place at least 1 barn and 1 coop on Ginger Island at the farm there. At the regular farm, you can have as many of either as you wish of course, but on the farm itself there would be a limit of one each. Have it so if you ask Robin to go build those on the island, she'll say it'll take her longer than normal since she has to travel to the island each day and back again. I mean for us players it's 1000 gold for the boat ticket from Willy, and that's round trip (he doesn't charge for the return ride, right?), so maybe charge extra for the job itself, and also extend the duration to help it make a little more sense. The not working on holidays will also apply, of course.
When it comes to buying the animals for those barns, Marie could ship the animals to the respective homes on Ginger Island, for a little extra of course... or players can utilize the feature where you can move the animals yourself like we do now.
Another idea I just got, let us be able to name the buildings. Each building has a sign in front, and you can type in a short name for it like, "Perfect Pigs" "Cluckers Coop" "Quacking Mansion" "Ostrich Barn" "Red Manor" "Slime Castle" "Cask-it-All!" "Barrels of Fun"... for storage houses, slime hutches, barns and coops. This would also help if players wanted to keep better track of what's inside their buildings or which coop has ducks and which has rabbits at a glance. This feature would also help when transferring animals from a mainland farm to the ginger island farm.
We have the teleport totems on the farm itself thanks to the wizard, and the one on the island is thanks to the parrots... can't be surprised by that, the game has a witch, a wizard, and a dwarf, and I'm surprised by the birds?! HAH!
So why not? I wouldn't mind being able to let the junimos live on my island farm. Being mostly nature, I'm more surprised there aren't any Junimos on the island in the first place... unless they shapeshifted into parrots, then that would explain it. I also think raising a barn full of ostriches on the island farm would be wonderful. So they can be in their natural habitat.
I really enjoy this game, and I am curious about the next one he's making now. Can't wait to try it.
