Windows Journal Quest Glitch

Hi! I logged in today at around 14:00 and it said i need an update, it just started automatically, then the game started as normal! But my first journal quest is blank and has no text, and also when i switch between the game & other windows it glitches a little. I'm unable to take screenshots, as well, so i had to use my phone. I am using PC & always have! i tried to add my save but im not sure if i did it right, sorry.

I haven't had any issues that I'm aware of with switching between game and other windows, with it glitching a little and I am able to take screenshots, but I've also noticed an issue with one of my quests when I loaded a semi-old save. I believe I created the save in one of the first few or so of the 1.6 updates for PC. But noticed when I tried reloading it in 1.6.9 or 1.6.10; pretty sure it was the former, that one of my quests isn't displaying text anymore. I'm just really not sure which quest it is since there is no text for it. Tried reloading one of my other saves that is further along and none of its quests seem to be effected, so as far as I know it's one of the earlier ones. I am still experiencing this quest bug/glitch in v1.6.12 build 24312. I also haven't saved over the file using any of the 1.6.9 or newer versions of Stardew Valley on PC yet, as I wasn't sure if it'd be better to do that or not. I'm not too sure how to upload the save file, so I'll try uploading it as a zip file.
