Windows Joja Mart didn't get abandoned after completing Community bundle

Hi, I'm in 3rd year now, after completing the community bundle i got cut scene where Joja went bankrupt. but when i woke up, Joja Mart was still there and running normally. I never got mod for my Stardew. Now i cant get theater on my world because Joja mart is still there :(

Did it rain since you completed the cc?

There is a cutscene when it rains the first time, and after that you can go explore it.
