Issue its giving none of them are the manifest.json file, and pytk error

i seriously can’t figure out what’s wrong. i’m using the latest pytk from the nexus site, but it keeps saying it’s not compatible anymore. portrait mods are broken too, but honestly, those two are the only ones that really matter to me right now. there wasn’t even a pytk error at first, but i was already getting that manifest.json error. so yeah, here’s my log. if anyone has a clue or can help out, that’d be a huge help, seriously.
