Items with no image and that close the game.

After finishing updating the game to version 1.5, I had some mods that added new items, and all of these items can no longer be used, my idea was to take the items from the outdated mods and throw them away, however when I click in them the game crashes and then closes.
I already tried to remove the mods to see if the items no longer exist but they are still there destroying my game. If I can download version 1.4 again to get rid of the items it would be very good, but I don't know how to do that with Stardew Valley.
can anybody help me? I just want to enjoy my game.
My version is the steam version in case anyone wants to know.
