iOS Items disappear when dropping

This is my first time playing with controller on iOS: pressing Square in inventory,which drops the item, makes it disappear semi permanently, which is unfortunate as I didn't know what square did. The only items I could recover were tools from Lost and Found. I tried this at town, on farm, and in farmhouse. Same results, items were missing instead of dropped.

Thanks for the report! I've moved this thread to the "Help & Bug Reports (Non-Modded)" forum, as opposed to the "Game Discussion" forum.

Controller support for mobile has been fairly poor for a long time, and a lot of them aren't easy fixes. We will continue to try and look into these sort of issues with further updates.
