iOS Item duplication failure when using Emily's sewing machine

Description: I found a duplication bug while using the sewing machine at Emily's house. When I try to place an item into the "shirt/cloth" slot of the machine, the item duplicates itself automatically in my inventory. This allows for infinite money and items, which breaks the game's progression and balance.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Go to Emily's house and interact with the sewing machine.
  2. Select an item from the inventory to place in the cloth/top slot.
  3. Upon placing it, a duplicate of the item remains or appears in the inventory slot. Note: I am using "Tap-to-move" control settings. The duplication occurs when I perform a single tap on the sewing machine input slot.
Expected Result: Tapping the slot should simply do nothing, or the item should stay put in the backpack inventory, instead of bouncing back and duplicating.

Actual Result: The item is duplicated, allowing for infinite copies of any material.
