Switch It does not rain anymore since 35 in-game days

I am playing on Nintendo Switch and started a new single player game last week after the update 1.6.9 was released for the Switch. In-game language is German. I am playing the meadowland farm.

So far I encountered the following issues:

1. It is not possible to grab objects on the wall anymore and move or remove them.

But the main issue is that it does not rain anymore:

1. Since the beginning of spring of year 2 there have been no rainy days anymore. The last one was on day 3 or 4 of spring where I purchased the Mermaid pendant from the old mariner. (Wedding procedure was on day 8 spring). It is now day 10 summer in year 2 and still no rainy day except for the green rain on day 5 of summer. Since early spring I have 2 different heart events (Shane 6 hearts and Sebastian 8 hearts) waiting for rain for them to be triggered. The green rain certainly does not trigger them, I tried for both locations. Also fish which only appear on rainy days cannot be caught. I already missed the spring fish's, and am inclined to stop playing now.

Peculiar was that in year 1 it was raining almost all the time, sometimes three days in a row, and now in year 2 it stopped raining altogether.

I have been playing the game for many years, on PC (windows) and on the Nintendo Switch but never have encountered such strange weather situations before, since rainy days in each season are an integral part of the story.
