Issues with SVE, RSV, and boarding house

The stairs to RSV and entrance to boarding house are gone. Also, having issues with SVE maps. Can't access left exit from beach, abandoned house across from bus stop, etc. smapi log

If none of your mods require TXML or PyTk, you can delete them as they may be conflicting with Stardew Expanded. Also, enabling SMAPI to check for updates could help in case one of your mods need to be updated and that's what is causing the problems.
