iOS Issues with robin and her shop

I am on iPad Air 4th gen and recently I am going everyday in the morning after 9 am to make robin do construction and it doesn’t let me open robins menu at all, i have restarted the game or played a few more days and it hasn’t changed, please help, I’m in fall year 2 almost finishing the community center

I habe the Same Problem on iPad 12.9. Robin‘s Shop doesn‘t open. Please help!

Same here in the M1 iPad. I went by one day and it told me she was closed no problem but the window will not come up when she is open.

Have you tried zooming in? I think that uninteractable spots are normal and can be fixed

I've noticed the same issue with Robin's shop when I'm too zoomed out. Zooming in, as @Someone_else mentioned above, always resolves it. @Anais16082, does this work for you?
