Xbox Issue with Quartz

I have collected Quartz and shipped it, but the screen showing all the minerals I’ve shipped won’t reflect that. It’s the only one I’m missing. I’ve tried shipping using different shipping boxes and so forth but it won’t show it as completed on the list the next day. Is there any trick to this? Thank you

It’s a list of items found, not shipped. Have you found fire quartz? It looks the same when it’s greyed out.

you can post a screenshot of the minerals tab here and someone can check what it is.

Thanks. I figured it out. I hadn’t donated the quartz to the museum. Once I did that, it showed on the screen.
