Switch Issue with artifacts not showing up

Hello I play on switch and I’ve noticed this issue so I have already completed my museum collection and I got the star achievement but supposedly one of the artifacts is still missing. Im confused as how could this be since my museum collection is complete if anyone knows how to fix it plz lmk id rly appreciate it :)

Having same issue but PC version. Came back to update all the new content and seems some of my old achievements are no longer there.
