Issue Issue : frezzes on the black screen when i go to sleep before saving and never load the next day

Hello, so it's my 3rd game on Stardew and every time i played it's a matter of time before one of those "An error occurred in the base update loop: System.Exception: Error on new day:" happens i tried to understand what does it mean but i never understood any line can somone at least explain to me what is going on and help me resolve it please ?
