Hi guys,
Sorry if this has already been mentioned somewhere, I did search the forums but couldn't see anything on it. As the title says, I'm getting dips in frame rate whenever I kill an enemy. Doesn't matter what type of enemy, or what weapon I use.
I have tested on a couple of saves and found it is linked to the completion of the guild's Monster Eradication Goals. As soon as I completed it, it happened every time I killed an enemy. My friend started having the same issue right after finishing it in her own solo game as well.
We've been playing together on an online co-op save file. I got her to come along with me to the mines to observe what happens on her end when I kill an enemy. Note that she was still to complete the Monster Eradication Goals in this save file. She didn't experience any drops in frame rate on her end, but she said my character and the enemy were frozen for a second or something, before the animation of my finishing blow played out.
Also, I didn't experience any dips in frame rate when she killed enemies.
Hope this helped pinpoint the issue if it's not already been fixed for the new update.
Cheers
