Switch Island Trader not selling Golden Coconuts

• The Ginger Island Trader is not selling Golden Coconuts. They don't appear for sale in the list of items in the Island Trader menu. I have already cracked open several Golden Coconuts.
• Ver. 1.6.9.37
• Can't get save file on Switch
• Nintendo Switch
• English
• Single player
• Switch Pro Controller

Same here, playing on Switch but no golden coconuts at the island trader.
