After many years, i went to an internet cafe. Problem is, they have become paranoid with security and do not allow anybody, access to main system (files). I had the installer (gog) and my saved games in USB stick, i performed the installation but no matter what i tried, i simply couldn't access Appdata etc. Not even the file search, or windows button shortcut worked, returning an error "you are not allowed access" etc.
I don't plan to make frequenting internet cafes a habit of mine again, but being able to change the location of your savefile(s) at will, would benefit many people. I did find some quick guides on how to utilize Dropbox and make some "sync commands" or whatever those were called, but first it's risky and second, not everybody has dropbox, or is tech-savvy.
Are there any plans for the future, or an already existing way at present, to set the destination/folder of your choice as Stardew's Save folder?
