The only result on the wiki is for the bushes growing around the valley that can give fiber. Things like that and artifact spots shouldn't normally be obtainable as items in the game, but can be through bugs or item spawning mods. So to answer your question, technically yes, but it definitely wasn't meant to be selectable in dialog. This makes me curious if these sorts of unobtainable items are actually giftable. It makes sense that they would be universally hated if so.
