Is there a mod that removes zoom cap?

I'd like to zoom out further than 75%, but I haven't been able to find a way other smapi console commands. However, I saw a youtube video where the guy seemed to be zooming super far out using the regular zoom buttons. Here's the vid with the time stamp where he zooms: https://youtu.be/V9P2LRs3va4?t=171

Anyone know how he does this? He has a mod list in the description, but I don't which one has the zoom function.

He mentions its only a partial list of Mods he's using, and seems only to list gameplay mods, not feature ones.

Looks like Infinite Zoom and Zoom Level both work with v1.5 and are available at Nexus.
