Is there a mod that lets you learn recipes? Like, an item spawner, but for recipes?

I got the Farmer to Florist mod, but (presumably because I got it in late game, far beyond the levels I would otherwise have gotten them), I can't learn recipes for things like the Dryer or the Perfumery. Is there a mod that'll let me just... add the recipes manually? Supposedly, Stardew Valley Save Editor (https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/127/?tab=description) will let me do that, but I have no idea how.
