Is Steam Store Down?

I was gonna buy SDV on PC cause I have it on Switch and Mobile, but the Steam Store is giving me errors? Is it happening to others?

I had to update Steam and afterwards when updating a game, the UI was laggy. But then I could add ESO to my cart with no problems. Maybe try a restart of Steam or your PC?

Steam is up for me, but an update is slowing down my pc. Try to exit it and reopen it. if that does not work, check for an update, I know mine are automatic, but maybe it's on manual for some reason?? Oh, check your internet. Seems cliché but every time Steam errors on me, turns out my internet glitched for a second or two and messed everything up!
