Is it possible to mix modded npc with other mod?

So i have 2 mods here
1. Ridgeside Village
2. Return to Mineral Town (Harvest Moon)

So basically i want Stu & Mei (kids from Mineral Town) compete to search some egg in Egg Festival Spring 13.

I want them to react just like kids from Ridgeside.

I tried to add them
But it doesn't work, they won't appear and the log says if Stu and Mei isn't found

What should i do?

Please help me modders
