Was just messing around with an out-of-bounds glitch (the weapon movement one) around marines and decided to fish near the sewage outlet. When i fished there i got a present with a statue of an "iridum Krobus".
Yeah, the way you're supposed to get that is by using the master enchant plus seafoam pudding, or seafoam pudding with Qi seasoning, to get fishing level 15. Then your max cast length goes up by one and you can reach that body of water from the cliff.
