iOS iPhone/iPad: Hats/Bows no longer are able to be placed on pets.

I noticed that on mobile iOS (iPhone/ipad) I can no longer place hats or bows on pets as of latest update. Not a huge deal but they look so darn cute with them I’d love them to be able to wear their bows/hats again!

It still works for me, but only if I use the virtual buttons, not with tap to move.
