iOS iPad game glitch

I’ve been playing this game for multiple weeks now and when I play it on my iPad it randomly glitches and means I can’t control my player or move. This means all of my progress from the day is erased because the game has to be forced closed. I’ve lost several days of game play because of it. I’m about to crash out!

I've retagged this as iOS, since iPad is not MacOS.

Have you tried disabling type-to-Siri? That seems to be the solution for a lot of iPad players experiencing the same issue.
