That industrial furniture set has 2 different versions of that mod. One for Content Patcher, & another for Custom Furniture; you only need one version installed.

But, I'm not sure which you have; the log should help with that.
As the mod is 2ish years old; it could just be broken, and likely needs updates either way.
But, a proper log should tells us a bit more.
