Issue Internal CLR error 0x80131506

I've been getting this message when trying to boot up smapi. I've checked the logs and it doesn't show any thing. This is the only error I get when trying to boot up smapi.

Stardew valley version is 1.5.6, smapi version is 3.18.4 and I use windows 11. It sometimes works without mods but seems to break when sve is installed. Couldn't find anybody else having this issue with smapi

I had this today, I just installed the new update of SMAPI and it seemed to fix it, but I'm not sure that it'll be a definite fix for everyone
