Incubator glitch

I upgraded my barn and coop and neither of them have an incubator what do I do

The barn wouldn't have a incubator without mods, so there's your problem, but for the coop you should probably demolish it then rebuild it because if it's a glitch then it would probably be fixed.

Did you upgrade to deluxe?

The incubator should come with the big coop, Robin should tell you after the upgrade is finished. It's to the left of the hay hopper, and doesn't look like much.
