help I don't like combat so how do I Get the secret nessage to get the snake milk?

The message that enables the snake milk cutscene is a secret note, and as such can be found in many ways other than combat, such as digging artifact spots and clearing debris on your farm. There isn't really a way to force this until the late game where you can use treasure totems from foraging mastery. Keep playing the game as you are and you'll come across it eventually.
Once the note is found, the quest is pretty easy to cheese with minimal combat, just some preparation. You can craft staircases to go as far down in the skull cavern as you want, most easily obtained by using crystalariums to get lots of jade and exchanging it at the desert trader on a Sunday at a rate of one staircase per jade.
