Retaining soil as it is now - completely useless . It would be much better if basic retaining soil keep water 100% , but just one day (two days if there will be rain next day) and disappear after that . This will be very useful . What about quality retaining soil then ? Well, if basic holds water one day , then quality must holds it much longer , at least 3 or 4 days . Plus rain bonus , of course .
