Im new and having trouble with the controls

Hi,



Im having trouble with the controls. I can’t figurehow to change from pickaxe, to watering can or anything else like that. I was hoping for a tutorial but I bought mine directly online and for some reason its not included. Im on the switch

also, I seem to run out of energy constantly (after a couple of mins of working) is there something to buy/do for more energy besides more sleep?

You can eat to get new energy, either crops, foraged foods, fish or later you can cook meals.
