If your farmers were NPCs, who would they be?

If Gunther didn't exist, I would imagine your NPC as the librarian/musume caretaker. Your schedule would in some way lead you to the town garden, and on Monday evenings, you would be at the Stardrop Saloon entering in "What's New Pussy Cat?" 21 times into the jukebox-

Your NPC would be a character who raises horses near the Hat Mouse shack. You would comment on the player buying a horse from you someday and dejectedly talk about how nobody rides horses much in the Valley. Finally, you'd be irritated that Shane keeps leaving beer cans around your goats cause they try to chew the labels off the cans.

Mental note: Selling horses in a place where people teleports with strange obelisks and totems wasn't a brilliant idea, I should have accepted the offer to become a partner in the hat business T-T,
Mental note 2: I've had enough with Shane, maybe he needs a "visit" from one of my coworkers and give him an "assistance"

I feel like yours would set up a little stand somewhere, maybe in the mostly fenced off area next to the town square, and sell baked goods. maybe friends with Evelyn? And the stand would be like a pink sparkly lemonade stand, with a little menu hanging off the side of the table that is made of poster board. I could even see them as Alex’s younger sister who bakes with Evelyn, and gives the player recipes for things like baklava, and buckeyes, and macarons.
