So like I accidentally trashed my axe without realizing a couple days ago in the game and when I try going back multiple days, it doesn’t let me. I only go back a day then go back to the future. How do I just go back multiple days?

As for going back multiple days, you're not able to unless you made a dedicated copy of your save at a certain point in time, and kept it somewhere else.

This is due to the game only storing 2 days, the 'current' day and the day you played prior to that. It is possible to change dates and progress with save editing but that's fundamentally different than going back in time.
