I have an idea for a modification. The TV could flash with weather warnings. Tornados in the spring, hurricanes in the fall and blizzards in the winter. A tornado can pick up plants/crops and take them away. If you leave animals out it can even take one if your cows. You can hire Robin to repair damage to buildings. Hurricanes can knock down trees and damage roofs. Blizzards can leave piles of snow that make it difficult to walk through. You can get requests from towns folk to help shovel them out.
