Issue I encountered this problem with the mod that i was trying to translate. Help?

I tried to do it from the beginning (again, 3 times) but was unsuccessful. I tried Sublime and Notepad++, and I didn't see any errors, but I still couldn't run the mod. this is the validator link:

The good ol comma missing on the previous line (114 as there are empty lines). If it still complains (or won't work) after you put in the comma, try next removing the empty lines

(yeah guess how often I've cursed the screenful of red resulting from a missing comma, semicolon instead of a colon, pairless bracket etc...)

Usually the error precedes the line indicated.
