Switch I can't seem to get the sewer key

Hello, I've been playing Stardew valley for only around 2 months and am not super familiar with the game.
I play on the switch, singleplayer.

I just found out you can go inside the sewer for a shop and looked up how. From what I saw you need to donate at least 60 items (which I've done) and the next day you get a cutscene.

I haven't gotten any cutscene weeks (in-game) after I donated my 60th item.

I looked up solutions, it said to rearrange the items so I tried rearranging and it didn't work.

If I'm doing something wrong please tell me. I would appreciate any help!

Can you post a screenshot of your museum?

also have you tried entering the sewer?

uhm I think it has to have a couple specific items, so like sixty items, including, etc etc. this might not be true so don't hold me to it

No it's just 60 items total
