Android I can't download the game on Play Store.

Last night I bought a game on the Play Store and tried to download it, but I couldn't. It says the item is still processing and will be available soon. I thought leaving it overnight would fix the issue, but this morning when I tried again, the same problem occurred. I also have the receipt.

Does anyone knows how to solve this?

This morning, I tried clear Play Store and Play Service cache. Restart my phone and search the game on my library which I didn't find the game.
