PlayStation I cannot find scroll II

Hi! I’m having a really hard time getting the Dwarf scroll II. I’ve gotten all of the others around 4 times but I cannot seem to get the scroll II one. For reference I have over 140+ hours into this save I’m on Year 6. I’m so sad because I want the Galaxy sword but I can’t get this scroll I’ve tried tilling on the right levels of the mine I’ve tried killing the dust guys and the ice slimes as well on good luck days I wear the luck ring as well. I’m not sure what to do I just want the galaxy sword. Is this a bug? I play on PS5

If you have killed enough dust sprites you could use the burglar ring to get a higher chance of loot.

I don’t think the luck ring helps with that, it just has a flat chance to appear.

I don’t think it’s a bug, just bad rng. There’s always one missing that you never seem to get.
