Solved I broke it T.T

I haven't played Stardew in a few months and decided to start up again, and I was met with the SMAPI error shown in the first screenshot. I mostly just use aesthetic mods with a few extras that make things more convenient, but I figured something probably got hecked up with the new update, so I tried just deleting my mods and SMAPI from the Stardew folder. Now I get the steam error (Also attached) anytime I try to boot it up through steam or my desktop shortcut. I can still get it to launch if I navigate through to the Stardew Valley folder and double click the file with the logo on it, but it just makes me very nervous to have that be the only way that works. Is there a way I can kind of like, factory reset? I tried uninstalling but that doesn't work. I'm pretty new to using mods and don't know a lot of tech lingo, but any help is appreciated!

Ah it works! I realize now that the launch options in steam would've still been set to open through SMAPI even though I no longer had it, so it makes sense now that it was having trouble launching. Thank you very much!
