Android I bought Stardew valley but the app won't work

Hi guys I'm new here..
I bought Stardew valley awhile ago the problem is I cannot play even though it's in my home screen when I tapped it, it says "didn't purchased and need to buy full game/play pass" when I already buy the full game.. I tried everything to fix it but none of them worked it still says "your app installed was not download in play store"


Pls help (sorry about my bad grammar and idk what I am posting but I need help on this)

I buy it on google store, it just said like that, I reinstalled it last night and uninstall it but the google store said that for the 2nd time, I uninstall it today now and can't install it again.. it's still said error, your order is still processing.


Is there other way that I can contact with this bug?? It's my first time buying a game

Edit: I finally found the solution after 8 hours finding it someone tells me to use Google support and Harry the google live specialist helped me!! Yay I can finally play thanks by the way ereo for trying to help me
