How to prepare a dish with three ingredients in the Expanded version?

I am at cooking level 3. However, so far I have only been able to cook dishes with a single ingredient. What could be the reason?

If being precise, it's not "Expanded," but rather the "Love of Cooking" mode.

Before being able to access it, each recipe must be learned by the player through the learning process (purchased and fulfilling friendship points, with the exception of the Fried Egg which the player already knows when starting the game
