1.6 Update How to get this 1.6 item again if I deleted it?

I had already got it from the mastery room. Then I just wanted to test what would happen if I delete it. Surprisingly, I could delete this item and I haven't found a way to get this item back.
I don't mind losing this item for good in this save file as I have the backup file. I'm just curious is it possible to get this item again.

I already checked the lost and found, "mastery cave" , and Willy's shop but no result.
I actually don't mind losing the rod in this save file. I just think it's better if it's not deletable or if you can get it again if you accidentally delete it.

Yes, or if you are able to craft/buy a new one or somehow alter an existing iridium rod.
