How to get the latest update on pc.

I'm trying to have my fiance update to the 1.5 version , but we are having some difficulty. He loaded the game and it still said version 1.4 where is the update located so we can update it.


I know my Xbox one version isn't out yet but I bought myself the collector's edition for the computer and I installed it via hard disk.

To be honest I'm not sure how you get the update if you installed it off the disk. I do know that each collector's edition comes with a Steam key, and if you redeem that you'll get access to the 1.5 update.

Update: Here's a statement from Fangamer:

We're looking into possible options for a DRM-free solution, but at present you would need to redeem the Steam key to update the game to version 1.5.
